Watching one of those shows of the history channel right now and I do not understand why someone believes this stuff when there has never been a body or bones produced.
 
Because bigfoot shoots them first. What of all the missing hunters that we hear of. Ahem, shot by bigfoot and sodomized...

becasue him and the loch ness monster have been shacked up for 40 years in a top secret government lab right next to ET....
 
because bigfoot meat is very VERY tasty. They are frequently shot but the hunter always devours the entire body on the spot, kind of like an anaconda but messier.
 
It's like the Dread Pirate Roberts. Sasquatch is just a guy in a costume. You trade off here and there. Those that know enough to get within shooting distance of Sasquatch know enough to know that you don't shoot, him, you just trade costumes and you get to be Sasquatch until someone else catches you.

2. It's not that simple.

Here's one for you:

If there's a cure for cancer/AID's, why doesn't someone just find it?
If there is llfe on other planets, how come we just don't go visit them?
If there is a Loch Ness monster, why don't we go pet it?

Because bigfoot is strong, and fast. All hunters that have attempted to take him down had their arms ripped off before they coud raise their rifles.
