There was an article on Detroit's housing market on CNN Money last week about the state of Detroit's housing market. Its near rock bottom, with many homes around the 10K mark. The article noted that some investors were snatching up dozens, or hundreds, of homes at a time. It made note of one Californian investor who bought 178 houses in Detroit.

If all the members in ATOT were to purchase houses in Detroit, how much of Detroit would we own?
