if at first u dont succeed keep calling customer service

last night i called southwest because i couldnt find my rapid rewards card and therefore couldnt use it to book a ticket and they said that they couldnt give me the # over the phone and would have to mail it to me...since i want to book right away i said forget it and searched harder for it

i still couldnt find it so i called back today and the woman gave it to me over the phone with no problem...
