I have been having this problem with liveupdate. There is this one update which will not download and install.
I have troubleshooted this issue down to a corrupt zip file on the symantec liveupdate server. I spent 3 days on text chat with some foreign intern who does not speak english well, and knows nothing more than to follow a scripted troubleshooting checklist.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled completely the product, yet the problem exists.
I am hoping someone could email me the file out of the folder
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\LiveUpdate\Downloads
the filename is
1134672742jtun_enna0525.000.full.zip
and it should be about 1395kb in size.
I am not asking for any pirated software, just a fresh copy of one corrupted file.
