Q: What is the difference between A7V8X-MX and A7V8X-MX/SE?

A: Actually, there is no difference. However, their North Bridge is of different generation manufacture method.

For that matter, what's the difference between:

P4P800 SE
P4P800-E
P4P800S
P4P800S-E
P4P800S SE

Couple differences..

The P4P800S line uses the Intel 848P Chip


The P4P800 line uses the Springdale 865PE

The P4P800-E (Deluxe) is a newer version of the P4P800.
Uses: Springdale 865PE, 8-Channel CODEC, and a Promise RAID controller.


The SE line is basically a stripped version of the Deluxe (lower audio, no Promise Raid)
