If a website is down, is there anything that will TXT me when it goes back up?

Generally, if I can imagine something simple and helpful, it already exists on the internet.

I have to use the MLS website for work. Since it is down, it would be great if something would send me a txt when it comes back up. Does anything like that exist?
 
This indeed would be useful. Contact the Admin of the MLS website you use, and ask them if they can add you to their site up/down notify list. (If they even have one).
