If a trader was banned from AT..

Would it be right to remind others at another FS/FT forum of it if he is actively posting there trying to sell stuff?

This particular individual was banned (I believe) for having 2 accounts here, trying to start another heat account, having trade problems with another individual, and for sending porn to someone who backed out of a deal in retaliation. (No, not talking tex).

BTW, the problems occurred about a year ago or so.

I think the protocol on that (if I understand your post correctly) is to alert the mods so that they can determine if a) the person is indeed the same as the one that was banned, b) whether the person is still banned (and has created another account to post), and c) whether or not the person still poses harm to traders, buyers, and sellers.

For future reference, posts like this probably work best in Forum Issues.

Im positive its the same person, he has the same name and I dont think he'll deny it. I'll PM the mods regarding this, but I dont expect much as one of the mods isn't too happy with me.

well, I just found out he's on the bad traders list at pca....and that has been pointed out in previous threads in the forum he is selling at but he wont respond.

As such, I think that if he had made good then he would have emailed PCA and told them of the resolution. So Im going to go ahead and post in his thread the PCA information as a warning.

Yeah, let the mods know, maybe both here and over where he's trying to post, just throw it up in the air and see where it lands, at least you've tried to do your part.....
