I suppose Michael Fassbender (Inglorius Basterds is probably his most well known roll) since I've heard the comparison quite a few times before, minus the blue eyes. Probably helps that he's half German and I'm of German & Austrian decent from both sides of my family. Oddly enough I just looked him up and his birthday is 1 year and 2 days after mine. Also, I thought he was a bit taller, I have half a foot on him.
