So based on "kissed unexpectedly" you jumped straight into a French kiss tongue insertion / hepatitis fantasy arc?
Did you somehow miss how I specifically accounted for the two extremes of encounter in my first post? And yes, if a guy you tell "seriously, leave me the hell alone," pretends to leave, then approaches you from out of view and tries to neck with you? Yes, that would fall under "kissed unexpectedly."
Fantasy arc? What the hell is wrong with you? I can think of numerous reasons I don't want to exchange saliva with another stranger, that one's a little more on the serious side, and yes, an actual risk these days. Just when I really start to suspect you don't get out much, you confirm it right on cue. Speaking of fantasy, are we done with your online shrink bit? On to fortune telling now?
Interesting where your mind is at I suppose. That's clearly a stretch from what the OP posted but ok.
Yes, clearly you're bent on this view that I didn't take time to make the distinction between light-hearted exchanges between fellow friends and persistent encounters with drunk assholes. Certainly not in my first post. Nope.
You would be hilariously wrong in your assumption that I've not been in this position personally before or seen others in it.
Ahhh, so now you're concerned about assumptions being involved. You making sweeping generalizations regarding people you've most likely never even met, but whatever, lets you put on your psychology professor hat right? But someone later uses the attitude of your posts to hazard a guess? Oh my. Hilarious indeed platypus, well done.
Go to some gay bars or pride parades sometime filled with drunks and get back to me before you question my experience with this. You're really not in a position to tell a gay male what other guys are capable of when intoxicated in my opinion.
Now who's the e-tough guy? You don't think it odd that you're requesting the consideration you refuse to give to others? Because you know better, right professor?
The issue here is that you've taken "kissed unexpectedly" and turned it into something far different simply to support your argument.
Not at all, again, if you re-read my initial post you should find it starting with me accounting for that very generic, not different at all type of incident. Either address my entire input, or none at all. Thanks.
So sure, if someone is harassing you to the point that it becomes sexual assault, you can and should defend yourself. That is certainly much different than what my contextual statements were referring to though.
I'll just take this qualifier to mean you're not as ideological as you first appeared. Good enough.
