If a driver supports directshow, is it BDA Compatable (even if not labeled so?)

Its drivers support directshow capture, but don't say whether or not they support BDA. I want to use it either with MCE, or GAM (Got All Mediagot all media).

Does anyone know if it will work, as it does support directshow capture?
