Iexplore Error in MSHTML.DLL module with Win XP

Hi , i hawe a ugly problem here with a computer, everytime i try to go in my e-mails in Yahoo or MSN after 40 seconds i hawe one error ,I encountered this error also when i go to a website named Matchmaker , is always the same error and he appear after 35-40 sec .
The thing look like this :

What i did to try to fix this :
I already reinstalled Windows XP Pro with all latest Security patches , i replaced the Videocard (same issue) , I tested the memory with Memtest86 (no error) , i tested the HDD in Dos with Maxtor Powmax in both tests and the HDD work perfect .
I changed the Network card but the issue still appear .
No ideea what can i do more , please help me on this .

16x10x40 Yamaha CDRW
Maxtor 40 GB HDD
