IE's strange history behavior...

For some unknown reason my IE doesn't keep any pages in history as it did for years, even though the setting hasn't changed, every time I shut down my pc...I have ADAware Professional installed but as far as I have searched its properties can't find anything that could affect the issue, since I considered it the main suspect for this cleaning behaviour
SP2 installed and all the rest under control...Any guess??
