IE's new patch disable auto-complete completely? or it's just me

I d/l the new IE patch, everything goes ok, but i realize that it disable auto-complete, i check the configuration, but auto-complete is not working.

I use auto-complete for web address only. it's so annoying i have to type every url full now.

any suggestion or help?

by patch i gather u're referring to that cumulative patch released this week? it hasnt disabled auto-complete for me

chrisbest01, I d/l'ed the patch and autocomplete works just fine for me.

Likewise . . . have the new patch installed in IE6 and there is no change in anything that I have noticed . . except cookie management is much better.
