IEEE PCI Card

I am looking for a PCI card that has an internal IEEE port that is the same kind found on some motherboards so I can connect it to a case. (If that makes sense)

Can anybody find me one? Newegg is preferred.

I assume you mean firewire.
If so , just get one that has a ti chipset.
Doesn't matter what brand really, the ti chipset is the important part.
