This browser is pretty good almost as fast as Chrome 7 . However hte scrolling and the GPU rendering of sites POWNZ its soo smooth.

The only rant I have is I would like the tabs to be placed like Chrome from left side of screen,,, not in the same line as hte address bar,, Can I move these tabs on the top or bottom, I want it like FF and Chrome, I dont like how the tabs start in the middle of the screen.. and space is limited too. I looked but could not find a way to change this. This really churns me off to not use this much. thank in advance.

Yeah, pretty much everyone is complaining about the UI placement of the tabs and URL bar. Methinks there's shit little we can do about it though.

MS should actually reverse the command and tab bars since the command bar uses so little space. If MS does not change the placement of tabs in the final version, there is always the IE shells. Since the beta was just released, right now the IE shells do not seem to utilize Trident 5 fully. For instance, if you run that acid test-thingy, you only score about 15-20 whereas IE9 scores 95.

Ya ouchie, Your right guys I dont think MS will do jack for us. I have a feeling they want it that way, and what they want is what they get. Unless the new DEV build fixes the tab placement. I mean overall if that is where the placement is gonna be I wont be using IE9 much. Ill stick to Chrome 7 ,,, and Fox Speaking of Chrome, see how much they copied them in the interface. Their soo alike, except the fact MS fuged up on the tab placement. Its very speedy but Chrome 7 is a notch faster. The smoothness rocks when scrolling and what not. the GPU rendering rocks,, its good but that tab placement killed it for me lol,,

At every turn, it seems like MS is either passing out surveys or asking for feedback. If they get enough complaints (especially from somebody high-profile), I would not be surprised at all to see a change.

I wonder if their fixing it on their DEV releases ,,, MS has something good but I cant believe they botched the tab placement... not good... the browser looks like chrome anyways might as well place the tabs up top like chrome above everything else...
