IE8 changes

it seems that when i google something and then right click a link, the option to open the link in a new tab is no longer there. the only choice is to open in a new window. is that something new? or do i have issues?

Try Internet Tools, General, and at the bottom Tab Settings. The next menu turns tab browsing on and off, and establishes your rules. Middle mouse button? <LOL>

"LOL" what? click the middle mouse button on a link and it opens in a new tab.
