IE7 spontaneously closes when clicking on some links

Like the title says once in a great while I'll click on a link and all IE7 Windows I have open will close.

The last time this happened a little while ago was when I was at sunrocket.com and clicked on diagnostics. So, I went on my wife's laptop (IE6) and noticed that when you click on that link a new page loads along with a smaller (almost popup) page.

I have tried turning off my anti-virus (NOD32) and the popup and phishing filters that are in IE7, but it does the same thing.
