ie7 runonce / Solved !!!!!!

ie7 will not complete the runonce page, all my favorites links work as they should, i can type into the address bar a website and it goes there, when i set my Home Page on the general tab in internet options it stays but goes to the ms runonce, i make my selection to the forth step and click apply and it never completes, any fixes for this?
 
try this

at that key "Main" highlighted in the left pane, on the right pane there is no "RunOnceHasShown" entry, maybe thats why!, should i create those Keys?
