I'm having a minor problem with IE7 RC1 here at work. The problem is that when I click a link to open up certain attachments, they won't open up, unless I hold the control key before clicking. I have turned off all popup blockers, google toolbar, etc, but to no avail.

This happens for PDF files, TIF files (so far that I've noticed), but it works fine for excel documents or word documents.

Any insight would be appreciated.

P.S. Firefox is not allowed to be installed on our computers, else I would be using that!
