IE7: How do i make a batch file to open multiple sites at once?

every morning i goto yahoo mail, atot, slickdeals, etc

is there a way to make some sort of batch file where i just hit one icon to open up all these sites?

Can you not set all of them as your homepage? I know that you can do that in Firefox. Another option is set them all as bookmarks, and then put them into a folder. Simply launch the folder when you fire up IE and they should all open.

What is suggested can also be done in IE by using the suggestion of setting them up as homepage.
