IE7 Certificate Errors...

Reformatted with WinXP SP2 over the weekend. I'm not sure what I could've possibly done differently this time around, but I'm getting the Certificate Error warning screen in IE7 at tons of carts or logins that I commonly goto. My work's Web Outlook mail for instance. Actually - even just going to Dell.com, clicking a Buy Now button produces the certificate error, and its never done that before in the past.

Did MS update IE7 over the weekend? What could I have possibly done differently?

Pretty sure I got everything from Windows Update, but I'll doublecheck it, as well as the timezone when I get home this evening.

Thanks - anything else it could be?

The root certificates update is in the optional-updates category, so just check and be sure. I don't know if that would even be related to the problem, actually, but I figured it was worth a look. The time zone seems more likely. Hope it works out 🙂

Found out this was related to my Kaspersky 6.x installation. i.e. if I turn off KAV6, everything works like it used to.

It appears to be related to the non-interactive vs. interactive settings when installing KAV. Will reinstall cause quite honestly I just don't want to be bothered by it...
