IE6 resets toolbars to their default location sproadically! Why!?

This hasn't ever happened before, but I guess it started happening about last week. The only thing I've installed since then was The Proximitron. Anyways, I'm talking about the toolbars at the top of IE6. They sproadically reset their positions and I have to manually change them back to the way I like them, before after a while they change back to the 'default' layout which I don't like.

Here's how I like them:

Good

Here they are reverted back to 'default':
Bad

Any idea on how to fix?

Is your Windows Explorer set up the same way? Windows Explorer turns into IE when you type in a URL.

Yup, I realize that. It does it with either Explorer or IE. Eventually it'll go back to it's spots...
