IE6 not working. How can I re-install it???

Java isn't working properly. Most of my windows that open don't load. I think it might have been a popup program that destroyed my IE6. But I can't seem to uninstall IE6, and I can't re-install it b/c when I try it says I have the latest version. What should I do? Thanks.

I've had this problem before. I just gave up and tried this

Did you go to add remove programs in control panel, click on MS Internet explorer, then a box pops up, click repair Internet explorer ? I know it won't fix everything but it is worth a shot.

I reinstalled it with the options ie6setup.exe gave me, but java still doesn't work. Is there a place I can download a Java patch perhaps??

You can try reinstalling your Java Virtual Machine. Should be available for download at microsoft, but if it's not it's easily available elsewhere.

walrus, THANK YOU!!!! OMG, I was about to reinstall WIN2k and IE6. Everything is working perfectly! K, i go games.yahoo.com and entertain my new found java. Peace!
