IE6 in Win XP question

Whenever I have multiple IE6 browsers open and I click on one of my toolbar links instead of opening it in the browser that was currently active, it opens up the link in the First browser that I opened up first.
Anybody know how to make every link I use open up in the same browser that I initiate it in?
