IE5 "The page cannot be displayed"

When i use IE5 to access one particular web site ie. members.cia.org.uk i get the "page cannot be displayed" message. When i use Netscape i have no problem accessing it. I expect to see a login window appear when i connect to this particular site.

Any ideas, i have had look around security and trusted hosts within IE but without any joy.

Any help greatly appreciated.
