IE won't show a certain of page

Hi,

My IE won't show a certain of webpage.
it just leave it blank(a white page, w/o error message) and in the status bar it says "FINISHED"., but very obviously it hasn't been loaded yet.

I wondering y.

on other computer or even other profile(winxp user profile), the page is ok.
I didn't touch the security catagory at all.
