IE Windows

When ever i open my browser the mail window is correctly fit to the screen but any windows after that can be any size and needing to be maximixed. Any one know of a setting to fix where all windows come up maximized.

Tellin me no one else has this...Hmmm I know ive seen it on every puter i been on.
