IE will not display transparent .png's ?

This image is a transparent .png . It is transparent in windows xp's picture viewer, photoshop, mozilla, netscape, and the gimp, but is blue in internet explorer.

Is there any possible way for IE to show this correctly?
 
Unfortunately no. The PNG renderer in IE does not currently support PNG transparency. It may in the future however.
