IE w/ Compuserve?

Compuserve is just like AOL, has its own little program and adapters. It works fine, but after i dial up w/ it, i can't ping anything (host unreachable, not request timed out), and IE wont find any websites.

I reinstalled IE, reinstalled compuserve, and removed and reinstalled all the adapters. nothing works.

any ideas? asap please, as this was due like yesterday

call support? I doubt many people here use compuserve, and their support should be able to help


also, you need to specify your OS... and what was due yesterday?
 
using win98se. "due yesterday" means that i told them that i'd have their computer back by then. but then i noticed that IE didn't work, so i couldn't give it back.
