IE vs Firefox webpage rendering

ok this is really starting to get on my nerves now, I'm trying to create a new photo site and for some reason i can't get the logo to work out right. Its a psd and renders perfectly in firefox however gets a huge blue box around it in IE. The site is here. Does anybody have any ideas on how to fix it in IE? Its doimg my head in!

Nevermind i've just found out that its IE. Apparently IE doesn't display alpha transparancy of PNG files. O well....
