IE tool, can't find it anymore

Hi,
A while back on the Hot Deals forum someone posted a link to a utility for IE that let you select text (not links) on a webpage, and if you right click it would automatically open a new IE window with that web address in it. Does anyone know what utility I'm talking about? Any help would be appreciated!

I remember the thread where someone posted it. It's an OT thread. I downloaded it, but it doesn't seem to work on my computer.
