IE thinks everything is a bitmap

Every time i try to save a picture in Internet Explorer now, it thinks it is a bitmap, and it won't let me save it as anything else. It even does this for non pr0n-related pictures. well sure, it does it for pr0n, but when i want to save something that is actually Constructive, it doesn't work. maybe i broke it with too much nudity. Anyway, anyone have any ideas?
