IE shortcut Ctrl-Enter stopped working!!!

Does anyone have a clue about this: 2 days ago the Ctrl-enter shortcut that inserts the (www.) and (.com) in the address bar just stopped working for me. I have not done anything that could make sense. (ex. installs, downloads, etc.) I was running IE 5.5 and even upgraded to 6, but still no effect. The shortcut does not do anything. All I have ran for programs in the last 2 days were word and excel 2000 and the operating system on this box is win2k. I am positive I am executing the shortcut properly, since it works on my other computer. Any ideas? Maybe changing the shortcut(s)? If possible how?

No clue how to fix it but my school's library computers have the same problem.

They mess around with policies/security settings, etc and the good ol' ctrl-enter shortcut messed up.

Of course nobody uses that so they never cared.

from msie > tools > option > content > auto complete > web address

that should fix it ... =)

Ah. That makes sense.

So the dudes at the library tried to disable AutoComplete for forms but ended up disabling Ctrl-Enter also. :| Oh well.
