IE scrolling problem when 1.6A oclocked, Help!

Hi Guy,

I've got 1.6A that I can clock to 2367(148 X 16). It passes Prime 95 for 24hrs too.

However when I have IE open and use the wheel on the mouse to scroll up or down, it's really slow. I have to clock it down to 2304( 16 X 144) to get rid of this.
Anyone seen this before?

Is your mouse is set to scroll a full screen at a time, and not 2-3 lines at a time?

obviously youre using IE6 or you wouldnt be here
USB mouse or PS2?

disable smooth scrolling in IE?
