When I use any search engines from my browser the word or phare stored in the cache.
When I type the first letter it will show me what I had typed in.

How do I clear that ? the list is getting long and I hate that.

That's called AutoComplete
From within IE, Tools -> Options, then click on the Content tab, then click on AutoComplete, then Clear Forms
