when I am watching the forums here, I hate having to keep hitting refresh every 30 seconds to see if anyone has posted anything new... is their an auto refresh option i can set? no, i dont mean a keyboard shortcut...
 
not that i know of, that would be pretty cool feature to have though.

Trust me, auto refresh .. especially when it's every few seconds (think chat room), is VERY obnoxious with IE and its clicks.

And as far as I know, auto refresh (say, ESPN's scores pages) require a <META> tag in the source HTML file.
