IE Problem

<------- needing advice!

I'm using XP right now. When I'm logged on I have no problem using IE (ver.6, BTW). But when my wife or my daughter is logged on, IE won't open a window, Always "IE Error, can not open web browser (or something to that nature).

I noticed though that it won't open those linked jpeg. Did they delete a file unknowingly?

Thanks In Advance!

When you are logged into theiir profile, try running a progam called IEFIX .. http://windowsxp.mvps.org/IEFIX.htm
You will need the cd with IE6 & SP1A on it ... if that does not help it, try creating a new profile for them & see if
works .. if it does, just move their personal doc & preferences to the new profile
