recently i cannot play any WMV files and some video files are stuck playing in super slow motion. when i attempt to play a WMV in IE or WMP10, the program crashes. i also remember seeing something about CiceroWinFrame or something like that. i am currently reinstalling all my video codecs, this problem is really making me angry, so can anyone help?
