After a fresh reboot I am trying to launch IE but it isn't launching. I double click the E icon and nothing happens. I'm using Firebird to post this but I need IE for work to access a certain site that doesn't work with Firebird. HELP!
 
It finally launched after waiting for about five minutes. I have a Nortons installed right now but the subscription expired so it doesn't update the virus definitions.
