IE not displaying pages....

hi,
If IE8 is not displaying sites, but firefox is what is the best way to fix that? I scanned for viruses and it found a few which were removed.

I tried logging in as a different user and IE was fine there.

I'm thinking perhaps using combofix?

Thanks. Turns out that i just had to reset the proxy settings to use nothing and now it looks fine.
