IE is very blurry

I've used firefox ever since I got my new compute rhalf a year ago, but there was one site that requered IE to access it. When I used it, I noticed that my homepage (google) was extremely blurry , same with the site I was trying to get to.

I have set my zoom to the farthest away, and yet Google is blurry. Is this my resolution's problem or is it something to do with my IE?
