I use IE9 with InPrivate mode always activated so my cookies and other temp files are automatically deleted, so websites like Google cannot track me or see my personal information.

How good is IE9 InPrivate? With Safari, it saves cookies when in private mode, so that is pointless.

Is there a browser that is really secure in not sharing cookies or other things? I do not want to turn them off, because that makes websites not work.

Seriously? Tor is a joke for armatures only. I have plenty of servers for VPN's, I am just wondering about browser privacy and cookies, things related to that. :)

Tor isn't an amateur's tool. It serves a different purpose than VPNs.

They will still gather information about you even though you surf using Inprivate.
