I uninstalled my Flash object because I don't care for the animations. How do I prevent the "Do you wish to install the Flash. . . " dialog window from popping up every timer I visit a site with a Flash animation?

Thanks in advance

Thanks for the help, but I tried PopupStopperr and it didn't work. It's not a popup window I'm complaining about. Its the window that says "Do you wan't to install . . ." and gives the option to "Always trust software from . . . " I don't want Flash, but I don't want to be prompted to install any time I visit a page with a Flash advertisement.

Any other help?

Under the advanced tab in the internet options there is a selection for "Enable Install On Demand (Other)" or "Enable third-party browser extensions (requires resestart)" I believe it is one of those. Tell the world which one worked. I am interested in it too but do not want to delete the object on my computer.

i tried the install on demand. it didn't do anything. i don't have the other option you mentioned. i guess i'm stuck with dumb flash advertisments because its even more annoying to have this damn "install flash" window keep popping up

What browser are you using? I am using IE 6 and that is where I found those settings, there should be something similar to that, otherwise you could just install the Flash plug-in, it is free you know.
