IE d/l file limit

Ok, I know it has been discussed before. I searched and can't find it again, and I forgot how to do it.

By default, you can only d/l 2 files at the same time in IE. I know I need to change the registry to make it more than 2. Can someone tell me where it is? Thanks a lot.

What version of IE limits this? I have 5.5, I can download more than 2, and same thing in 5.0.

5.0, 5.01. I think if you do a clean install of windows, you get this limit.
