IE Cookies in XP Question

Does each separate "personality" or whatever it is in WinXP have its own address put into IE's cookies?

In other words, let's say that Joe has the email address Joe@msn.com , and Rob has the email address Rob@msn.com . If Joe fires up the computer and logs in under "Joe" and surfs the web, is his cookies set to have Joe@msn.com, and then Rob would have Rob@msn.com? Or is there only one default address that's in the cookies (like in previous Windows OS's?)

Sorry for the poorly-worded question.

I think you're asking whether or not each user would have his/her own cookie files? Correct? If so, yes, each user would have a cookie folder that would contain all cookie files (it's stored in a cookies folder under "documents & settings/user_name/cookies").
