Help me out. For the past few weeks my content advisor has been randomly resetting itself every few times I turn on my computer. Now every time I try to open a new IE window, it pops up an error message - "Please check your content advisor settings for missing information." I checked but don't see any missing information. Any ideas about what's going on?

And no, I'm not looking at anything the content advisor should be filtering out. It won't let me open my homepage, Excite. So no nasty comments please.

Start->Run, type in "regedit", and click OK.

Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies, and click on the 'Ratings' folder. Delete all the keys listed on the right side (other than "default", it won't allow you to delete that). Close the registry editor.

Thanks a ton! I've admitted my computer ignorance before so the detailed instructions were much appreciated. :)
