IE changes font sizes, can't get it back help?

I'm running XP Pro, and this is about the 4th time it has changed up the fonts on it's own. I have changed nothing, installed nothing. What am I missing here? I looked in the Internet Options but didn't see anything relating to setting a font size?

I've use XP Lite to get rid of IE and reinstall it even. Web pages look fine in Mozilla.

It's not seeming to screw up all the fonts in IE. But like on Anand main page the news bar on the right I cannot read the writting unless I get right up next to my screen.

any idea's whats causing IE to flop up? i've scanned for spyware and like I said, haven't installed any new programs, or changed any system settings in a long time.
