ok, i could have sworn there used to be a way to force IE to always ask/download for a specific file extention. In this case, i want IE to download, not open, zip files (for example, getting them from scripts like from themexp.org). I cannot remember for the life of me how i got it to work before.
On a side note, anyone know how to completely kill MS's built in zip? I've done the stuff over at tweakxp to only have it come back. Mainly zip folders.. i'm tired of seeing a long list of folders cause i have a dir full of zip files (i use winrar because of it's "extract to filenamedir" option).
Appriciate any help.
