Do you have Norton systemwork 2003? It has wonderful web tool that use web clean up.....

im sure he used maxim just to show us what he was talking about. instead of typeing "m", if he types oh , i dont know, "s", and "sexyhotstudwithdildo.com" comes up, he aint' gonna show us that as his example.
 
This seems pretty obvious, but why don't you just turn off autocomplete? You ARE talking about when you start to type something in, and it pulls up a dropdown box with similar URL's?
 
do not reformat
make a folder on c: drive and drag all your files into that folder. create a new user and then delete your old username.
