IE address bar in Start Menu Bar

Does anyone know how to get the IE address bar, where you can enter URLs) into the Start Menu Bar? My coworker has it and she hasn't the slightest how it got there either. Thanks!
 
Do you mean the task bar? On XP, you can just right click on it, go to the toolbars menu and select address. You'll probably need to right click and unlock the task bar to move it where you want.
